Scope of application

Underground power transformer is suitable for urban environments, especially for installation needs in basements or cellars, which is very suitable for densely populated central urban areas. In addition, it is also widely used in lighting and power systems in streets, highways, bridges, tunnels, parking lots, airports, ports and tourist attractions to meet the power supply needs of various complex scenarios.

Product Description

1. Environmental adaptability: it can operate stably under the ambient temperature from -10℃ to +55℃, and adapt to the harsh climate conditions with the highest monthly average temperature of +45℃.

2. Installation environmental requirements: suitable for non-explosive, corrosive gases in the place, no violent vibration; equipment can be operated for a long time in the pit or soil, or even submerged in water.

3. Technical performance: in line with national energy-saving standards, high-voltage level 6kV, 10kV, low-voltage 0.4kV, rated capacity 30kVA to 1600kVA, rated frequency of 50Hz.

4. Sealing and waterproofing: excellent sealing performance, through the water immersion test (the water surface is 200mm above the equipment immersed for 24 hours), to meet the insulation and voltage requirements.

5. High temperature resistance and anti-corrosion: the operating temperature rise limit is reduced by 10K (50K for the oil top layer and 55K for the winding), and all exposed metal parts are coated with anti-corrosion materials to ensure reliable operation of the equipment in harsh environments.

6. Structural strength and ease of installation: the tank has high strength, can withstand 50kPa positive pressure without damage; pit design needs to have drainage facilities, ventilation holes and manholes to facilitate heat dissipation and equipment maintenance.

Waterproof sealed wiring

High and low voltage inlet and outlet lines adopt waterproof, fully sealed, fully insulated and fully shielded wiring to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Anti-corrosion and water-resistant box

The box shell is made of anticorrosive steel plate or stainless steel, with full sealing performance, can be immersed in water for a certain period of time without damage.

Convenient operation design

The underground transformer is operated by the operation stick, realizing the same operation mode with the combined transformer, and the operation is simple and convenient.

Low loss and low temperature rise

The low loss and low temperature rise design of the transformer ensures efficient operation and prolongs the service life in view of the underground heat dissipation conditions.

Waterproof and drainage measures

Waterproof protection and automatic drainage device are installed in the cellar to prevent accumulation of water from affecting the operation of the equipment and ensure safety.
